· Born July 31, 1969
·
· Second daughter of the late Mayor Leon C. Arcillas & Josefina “Offie” B. Arcillas.
· Finished her Primary and Secondary Education at Canossa School of Santa Rosa, Laguna.
· A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Biology Major in Ecology at the University of the Philippines, Los Baños, Laguna in 1992.
· Positions in government:
i. Kabataang Barangay Federation President, 1984
ii. Elected Senior Councilor, Local Election of 2004 *
iii. Elevated to City Vice Mayor last May 11, 2005 upon death of Mayor Leon C. Arcillas *
iv. Assumed Office as Acting City Mayor on October 10, 2006 *
v. Elected First Lady Mayor, Local Election of 2007
* Held three (3) positions in one term (2004-2006).
vi. Re-elected / serving on fresh term as City Mayor last May 2010 Elections with an overwhelming mandate, making yet another history in the City of Santa Rosa.
